Junior Associate – Corporate (Ho Chi Minh City)

We are looking for a motivated and thorough Junior Associate to join our Corporate team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and providing support to senior associates and the managing director. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects with international clients across various industries, gaining valuable experience in corporate law.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Law degree
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate law or relevant internships
