Special Projects

We have been operating in Vietnam for almost two decades and have had the “occasional” request for providing our legal support to matters outside of our core competences. Depending on the legal nature of the matter in question and/or its importance to our client, we will consider and do venture outside of our comfort zone provided that we see a reasonable chance of success respectively deem our engagement as a foreign law firm in Vietnam legally acceptable and of a possible benefit to our client. We refer to such matters as our “Special Projects” and have been engaged in, amongst other matters, successful retrieval of proceeds stemming from CFO-Fraud cases, support to international development activities (focusing on the legal profession – Legislature, Jurisdiction), as well as in very special cases settlement negotiations related to traffic accidents involving bodily harm/death as well as the settlement of estates.
