Ms Le Ngoc Kim Hoa holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Finance-Marketing University (Ho Chi Minh City). She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Linguistic and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Ho Chi Minh City).

Ms. Hoa has extensive experience working in administrative roles across various companies. At Kumon Vietnam, she was responsible for day-to-day business operations, administrative tasks, and supporting the HR department.

While working at Shell Vietnam Co., Ltd., Ms. Hoa was responsible for both the administration department and HR management.

Ms. Hoa joined Brendel & Associates as General Admin in 2016, primarily overseeing daily office operations while also managing supplier relations and providing translation services.
