After completing a bank apprenticeship at Volksbank Rhein-Lippe eG (Germany) in 2009, Mr Holtorf graduated from the University of Münster (Germany) with his first state examination in 2014. Following a stage at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Hanoi (Vietnam) during his legal traineeship, he passed the second state examination at the end of 2016.

Mr Holtorf is registered as a German Attorney-at-Law (Rechtsanwalt) with the RAK Hamm and as an International Attorney-at-Law at the Ministry of Justice in HaNoi, Vietnam. Mr Holtorf joined Brendel & Associates in February 2017.
